What is our delivery schedule?
- Orders placed by 12:00pm will be delivered on the same day.
- Customers will receive a reminder 24 hours in advance.
How does the bottle exchange delivery works?
- Contactless delivery is available. Please leave empty bottles outside in a designated area.
- Customers must return empty 5-gallon jugs at the time of delivery.
- We accept cylinder shaped 5-gallon bottles in good condition only.
- If the bottle is missing a handle we will not accept it.
- We do not accept 5-gallon bottles with screw caps or spigots.
How do subscriptions work?
- When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries according to the schedule you choose.
- You can cancel, pause, skip, or adjust your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
- Changes made within 48 hours may not take effect until the following cycle.
What are our delivery areas?
- Currently serving Warwick NY, Vernon NJ and surrounding areas.
What is our payment policy?
- Payment is due before or at the time of delivery via credit/debit card, PayPal, or recurring billing.
- Late or declined payments may pause future deliveries.
