What are the delivery areas?

Aquapure currently serves Warwick NY, Vernon NJ and surrounding areas.

What is the delivery schedule?
  • Orders placed by 12:00pm will be delivered on the same day. Call us if you would like to know a more specific delivery time in your area.
  • Orders received after 12:00pm will be delivered the following day. Call us if you would like to know a more specific delivery time in your area.
  • Customers with subscriptions will receive a reminder 24 hours in advance.
How does the bottle exchange delivery work?

Step 1: Place Your Order
Order your water online or in-store and choose the number of 5-gallon bottles you need.

Step 2: Set Aside Your Empty Bottles
Have your empty bottles ready on delivery day. Please leave empty bottles outside your home in a designated area.

Step 3: We Exchange Bottles, Not Rebuy
For every full bottle delivered or picked up, you simply exchange an empty bottle, no need to purchase new bottles each time. We accept cylinder shaped 5-gallon bottles in good condition only. If the bottle is missing a handle we will not accept it. We do not accept 5-gallon bottles with screw caps or spigots. 

  • First-time customers may need to purchase bottles once. New bottles are $12.50 each.
  • After that, it’s an easy one-for-one exchange every time.

Step 4: Clean & Sanitized Bottles
All bottles go through an ozone sanitizing process before being refilled.

Step 5: Enjoy Fresh Water
Your freshly filled bottles are delivered to your home or office, simple and hassle-free.

How do subscriptions work?
  • When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries according to the schedule you choose.
  • You can cancel, pause, skip, or adjust your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
  • Changes made within 48 hours may not take effect until the following cycle.
What is our payment policy?
  • Payment is due before or at the time of delivery via credit/debit card, PayPal, or recurring billing.
  • Late or declined payments may pause future deliveries.
